Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor (Fee Earner) | Gloucester

TSR Legal are proud to be working with a highly regarded specialist property law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join its growing Gloucester-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern and ambitious firm recognised for its expertise in residential property law and strong reputation across the South of England and London markets.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and expansion, the firm is looking to appoint a motivated and commercially minded conveyancer who can manage a varied caseload of residential property matters while contributing to the ongoing success and development of the team.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, supervise and mentor junior team members, and play an active role in maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients and introducers.

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, as well as experienced non-qualified conveyancers with a proven background in residential property.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling complex residential property transactions
• Advising on SDLT requirements, including applicable exemptions and reliefs
• Dealing with restrictions and cautions affecting property transactions
• Delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional relationships with introducers, estate agents, and brokers
• Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members
• Supporting business development activities and contributing to continued team growth

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Highly organised with strong time management abilities
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, self-motivated approach
• Experience developing introducer and estate agent relationships would be advantageous
