We’re currently looking for caring, motivated people to join our friendly service at Court Lane, supporting adults in a relaxed, welcoming home environment.

The Role at a Glance

Hours available

• Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
• Part-time: 20 hours per week

Shifts include

• Long days: 08.00 – 20.30
• Short days: 09.00 – 18.00
• Waking nights: 20.00 – 08.30

Flexible working patterns are available to help you balance work with home life wherever possible.

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, reliable, and flexible approach
• A genuine interest in supporting others — experience is welcomed but not essential
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including waking nights
• A positive attitude and a desire to be part of the local community

Full training is provided, so if you’re new to care but feel this role is right for you, we’d still love to hear from you.

About Court Lane and the Local Area

Our service is based in Wolstanton, just outside Newcastle-under-Lyme. The house is near shops, supermarkets, post offices, pubs, and take-aways, with Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre only a short drive away.

Excellent transport links include bus stops within a ten-minute walk and a nearby train station offering connections both locally and further afield — ideal for those living in or around the area.
