£28K - £30K per annum


My client is seeking an experienced Customer Service and Credit Clerk to join their team on a 12 month contract. You will be responsible for supporting the spare parts team with all daily operational duties. You will be:


  • Handling customer enquiries relating to spare parts, including resolving issues and complaints
  • Processing credits for spare parts and consumable items
  • Investigating invoice queries and recording cases within the dispute management system
  • Preparing shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and customs declarations
  • Coordinating product collections from customers, internal teams, and third parties via courier services
  • Setting up return shipments within the logistics system
  • Tracking and reviewing courier performance against agreed service levels
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the outsourced warehouse provider and maintaining a strong working relationship
  • Working closely with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Responding promptly and efficiently to requests from colleagues and customers
  • Providing support to Customer Service and Logistics teams when needed
  • Carrying out any additional responsibilities as required

  • Ideally have experience working within a departs department but not essential
