We’re currently recruiting for a Vault Assistant to join a busy and secure freight operation. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within logistics and security.

Key Duties:

• Managing the secure handling of high-value shipments within the vault and warehouse
• Checking seal numbers, documentation, and maintaining accurate stock records
• Loading/unloading vehicles in line with strict security procedures
• Carrying out daily stock checks and liaising with import/export teams
• X-Raying export freight and supporting customs processes
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant working environment

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good IT skills (Word/Excel)
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong communication skills

Desirable:

• X-Ray/NXCT certification
• Freight, warehouse, or high-value goods handling experience
