Are you a skilled Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE looking for a new opportunity with a progressive and client-focused law firm? About the Role:

You’ll be working with a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large regional businesses, advising on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters. The role offers a great mix of advisory and transactional work, including M&A, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and corporate restructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters
• Managing M&A transactions, business sales, and acquisitions
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and terms of business
• Supporting clients with corporate governance, restructuring, and company law advice
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives

Requirements:

• UK qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in Corporate & Commercial Law
• Strong technical knowledge and experience handling complex transactions
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive, client-first approach
• Ability to manage matters autonomously while working collaboratively within a team
