We are partnering with a fast-scaling, innovative business in Reading that is looking for a sharp, ambitious Management Accountant to join their lean finance team. The Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Lead, you will take ownership of:

• Producing full monthly management accounts and board reporting packs.
• Analyzing KPIs and variances to provide commercial commentary to stakeholders.
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Driving process improvements and automating reporting where possible.
• Assisting with year-end requirements and external audit management.

About You

• Recently Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA): You’ve recently passed your exams and are ready to apply your skills in a fast-paced commercial setting.
• Proactive Mindset: You don’t just wait for tasks; you look for ways to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Strong Communicator: You can translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance colleagues.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern ERP systems and advanced Excel.
