This is a full-time position, with a strong preference for a permanent appointment, although fixed-term contracts or long-term supply roles will also be considered.

Role Overview:

• Teaching Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, with Key Stage 5 available for suitable candidates
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that develop fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Differentiating effectively to support learners of all abilities and ensure strong progress
• Working collaboratively within the Maths department to develop schemes of work, resources, and assessments
• Supporting students in preparing for GCSE (and A-Level where applicable) examinations
• Contributing to wider school life, including enrichment activities or Maths interventions where appropriate

Who You Are:

• A qualified Maths teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) with strong subject knowledge
• Confident in delivering engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum
• Able to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt teaching to meet student needs
• Committed to maintaining high standards of behaviour and achievement
• A team player who enjoys contributing to a collaborative department
• Suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with full induction and mentoring support available
