The Role

• Lead the CRO and experimentation strategy across a portfolio of key clients
• Own senior client relationships and operate as a trusted optimisation advisor
• Design and deliver end to end experimentation programmes from hypothesis creation through to analysis and insight
• Translate quantitative data and user behaviour into clear, testable ideas
• Collaborate with analysts, marketers and developers to drive integrated digital growth

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience in CRO, experimentation and UX optimisation
• Hands on use of testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Piano or Zephr
• Advanced working knowledge of GA4 as a core analytics tool
• Experience with additional analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Amplitude or Mixpanel
• Confident working with A B testing logic, statistics and performance data
• Clear and credible client facing communication skills
• Understanding of how CRO connects with wider digital marketing activity
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS or JavaScript is beneficial but not essential
