Due to a period of imminent maternity leave, I need to recruit a good, solid Accounts Assistant, focussing on accounts receivable ASAP!

As such, you will need to be available to start within the next 2 weeks (in an ideal world), have solid Excel skills (Pivot tables etc...) and have recent, practical experience in Accounts Receivable - as the handover will be swift!

Duties will include:

• Raising invoices and credit notes
• Chasing outstanding payments
• Daily bank recs
• Resolve customer queries - relating to payment
• Some sales reporting

This business requires you to work in the office 5 days per week (but the offices are lovely!)
