Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Southampton

Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Up to £35k per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print, including social media, websites, emails, brochures, and presentations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques
• Edit and refine design work based on feedback from stakeholders
• Develop creative concepts in line with brand guidelines and project objectives
• Maintain consistency in branding across all materials

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Experience designing for both digital and print formats
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and branding
