Must have’s

• Proven hands-on experience across either multiple maintenance trades or one of (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, decorating)
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices, including COSHH, manual handling, and RAMS
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Excellent organisation skills with experience maintaining accurate records
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, reliable, and discreet approach
• Ability to adapt across residential, commercial, and hospitality environments

Nice to have’s

• Experience working within both private residential and commercial or hospitality settings
• Forklift driving experience
• Familiarity with maintaining HVAC, drainage, and plant systems

So, what will you be doing?

• Carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs across residential, commercial, and hospitality properties
• Completing planned preventative maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Conducting statutory checks such as fire alarms, emergency lighting, and water systems
• Maintaining compliance records and ensuring all safety standards are met
• Monitoring and maintaining systems including heating, water, drainage, and HVAC
• Undertaking a range of trade work including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating
• Coordinating and overseeing external contractors to ensure quality and compliance
• Maintaining external grounds, outbuildings, gates, and equipment
• Supporting day-to-day operations and responding to ad hoc requests from residents, tenants, and staff
