The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant within our HR specialism, you’ll run a full 360° recruitment desk, partnering with organisations across Northern Ireland to recruit HR talent at all levels.
You will:
Develop new and existing client relationships within the HR market
Take detailed job briefs and provide insight on salary, availability and hiring trends
Proactively win new business through targeted BD and relationship management
Source, engage and qualify HR professionals across generalist and specialist roles
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from interview through to offer and onboarding
Ensure full compliance across right-to-work, references and documentation
