This role sits at the centre of a fast growing analytics consulting practice, offering the chance to shape a new advisory service rather than step into an established delivery model. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with financial services clients, understanding their challenges, and translating data and analytics into clear commercial outcomes.

Role Summary
You will act as a senior, client facing engagement lead, owning consulting projects end to end. Your focus will be on understanding client pain points across the credit lifecycle, shaping the right analytics led initiatives, and coordinating internal teams to deliver meaningful, real world impact.

The Role

• Lead client engagements from initial problem definition through to delivery and value realisation
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders within banking and financial services clients
• Understand challenges across credit risk, customer acquisition and debt collection
• Translate business problems into clear project briefs and analytics programmes
• Work closely with internal analytics, product and delivery teams to shape and run the right initiatives
• Support account growth through opportunity identification, proposals and long term client relationships
• Contribute to building and refining a new analytics consulting offering

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience in analytics or strategy consulting
• Proven client facing exposure within banking or financial services
• Solid understanding of credit risk, lending, collections or the wider customer lifecycle
• Ability to bridge business needs and analytics delivery without needing to be hands on technically
• Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a growing, evolving consulting environment
