Locum Social Worker - Cafcass
Locations: Essex (1 role) & Suffolk/Norfolk (1 role)

We are currently recruiting for two Locum Social Workers to join Cafcass, covering Essex and Suffolk/Norfolk areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a respected organisation dedicated to ensuring the best outcomes for children involved in family court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of private law/public law proceedings
Undertaking assessments and preparing high-quality reports for court
Representing Cafcass in court where required
Working in partnership with families and other professionals to safeguard children

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
Proven experience within family court work (Cafcass or similar)
Strong assessment and report writing skills
Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
