Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:

• Provide dedicated support to KS1 pupils, helping them to achieve their learning goals.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Work with small groups or individual students to provide tailored learning support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages pupil engagement.
• Support children with additional needs, ensuring their individual plans are followed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school or KS1 setting.
• A proactive, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and staff.
• A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
