Hourly Rate: £12.71 - £13.50 per hour

My client is a growing company based in Atherton, and who are looking for a reliable and organised part-time Service Co-ordinator to join our team in a shared role.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 12:30pm – 4:30pm
• Friday: 12:30pm – 3:30pm

About the Role

As a Service Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting their service team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking part-time afternoon work in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordinating service engineers’ daily workloads
• Handling incoming calls and emails from clients
• Logging service requests and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with engineers, suppliers, and customers
• Assisting with general administrative duties

Requirements

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• A proactive and positive attitude
