Supply Teachers - What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a valid TRN (Teacher Reference Number)
• Recent classroom teaching experience
• Strong behaviour management and adaptability
• Passion for delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects

Cover Supervisors - What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (e.g. schools, youth work, coaching, mentoring)
• Confidence leading a classroom and managing behaviour
• A proactive, flexible approach to supporting schools
• Great communication and organisational skills
