Warehouse & Production Operative

Location: Fareham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling and moving bulk products safely and efficiently
• Picking and packing orders accurately using our scan-to-pick system
• Loading and unloading deliveries (up to 80–100 pallets per day)
• Moving pallets in and out of storage
• Supporting general warehouse and production tasks
• Using a Counterbalance or Flexi Forklift (as needed – this isn’t a sit-down all-day role)

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• A valid Counterbalance or Flexi Forklift License
• Previous experience in a busy warehouse or production setting
• Someone who’s physically fit and enjoys an active job
• A great eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions
• A team player with a positive attitude
