The Role

Reporting directly to the Principal, you will act as the operational backbone of the business—bridging exceptional legal delivery with scalable commercial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Transformation: Lead post-acquisition integration and drive execution of a 3-year growth strategy
  • Operational Excellence: Design, refine and embed SOPs to maintain a premium, concierge-level client experience during scale
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, billing cycles, and KPI reporting to support profitability and strategic decision-making
  • Leadership: Manage and develop a small support team, fostering high performance and accountability
  • Technology & Systems: Own the firm’s legal tech stack and CRM, ensuring maximum efficiency and usability

The Successful Candidate

This opportunity will suit an entrepreneurial operator ready to move beyond traditional corporate constraints and take real ownership of outcomes.

You will likely have:

  • Proven experience in Operations, Practice Management, or similar within Legal, Financial or Professional Services
  • A strong “owner mindset” with the ability to anticipate challenges and identify opportunities proactively
  • An appreciation for boutique, high-end service environments where detail and client experience are critical
  • Strong commercial acumen, including confidence with financial reporting and understanding business drivers
