Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Full Time

Salary: Up to £27,684.80 per year

We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established, high-quality nursery in Brentwood.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Nurse / Early Years Educator looking to join a supportive team with real opportunities for development.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality childcare and education in line with the EYFS framework

Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities

Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment

Carry out observations, assessments and planning

Build strong relationships with parents, carers and team members

Ensure safeguarding, health and safety standards are always met

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)

Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Passion for working with children and supporting development

Salary up to £27,684.80 per annum (dependent on experience)

40 hours over 4 days
