Job Title: School Catering Assistant

Location: Chingford

Shifts: Monday - Friday

We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our friendly school kitchen team. You will support the preparation and service of healthy, nutritious meals for students while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with basic food preparation

- Serving meals to students and staff in a friendly and professional manner

- Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment

- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times

- Washing up and ensuring all utensils and surfaces are clean

Requirements:

- Must have an enhanced DBS registered on the online updated service

- Experience working in a school

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

- Previous catering or kitchen experience
