We are working on behalf of one of our clients who is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary part-time basis.

You will be supporting the wider team with finance related duties as well as administrative tasks.

• £12.71 - £13 per hour
• Up to 25 hours a week

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing accounts and preparing financial records
• Providing administrative support to an organization’s accounts department
• Updating ledgers, filing financial records and important documentation, and resolving errors in financial records
• Maintain and reconcile supplier and subcontractor accounts, including regular statement reconciliation
• Maintain supplier and subcontractor records.
• General Admin duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in a similar Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant / Finance Admin position
• Experience working with accounting softwares (e.g. Sage)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – comfortable liaising with various stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
