Graduate Account Manager

This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with travel required for meetings, trade shows, and events. You will receive full training and support from the offset. Starting salary is £26,000 + bonus (first year OTE £31,000).

This role would suit an ambitious, bright and confident individual that enjoys speaking with clients over the telephone and face to face.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sending quotes and following up
  • Identifying potential new customers and making contact
  • Marketing of products to customers
  • Competent Microsoft office skills for various administrative tasks
  • Utilise inhouse MRP system
  • Working with customer service regarding availability and delivery times
  • Other general office duties as required

Key Requirements

  • Good IT skills, including previous use of MS Office and a good understanding of Excel
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen to grow and progress with the company
