Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking passionate, adaptable and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools throughout Sefton and surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom while gaining experience across a range of school settings.

Your responsibilities may include:

Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners
Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively
Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents

What We're Looking For

We are looking for teachers who are:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experienced in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
Passionate about inspiring and motivating young learners
Confident, adaptable and organised
Strong communicators with excellent classroom management skills

ECTs/NQTs are warmly encouraged to apply.
