We are currently seeking a Temporary Office Administrator & Receptionist to join a busy and professional estate agency based in Hatfield. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who is organised, personable, and confident dealing with clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors
• Greeting clients and providing a professional and friendly front-of-house service
• Handling general enquiries from buyers, tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Managing diaries, booking appointments, and coordinating viewings
• Supporting the team with a range of administrative tasks
• Preparing property details, documents, and correspondence
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Assisting with general office organisation and day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in administration and/or reception (estate agency experience is advantageous but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Well-organised with good attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
• Professional, presentable, and customer-focused
• Competent in Microsoft Office and general IT systems

• Temporary position (with potential for extension)
• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
