Grounds Maintenance Staff – Swanley, Kent

Location: Swanley, Kent

Pay: £13.69 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00

Contract: 37 hours per week

Start date: Monday 1 June 2026

We are currently recruiting Grounds Maintenance Staff to join our client’s team in Swanley, Kent.

This is a great opportunity for reliable, hard-working candidates who enjoy outdoor work and are comfortable carrying out physically active duties throughout the day.

Duties will include:

Carrying out general grounds maintenance work, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, litter picking, sweeping pavements and roadsides, edging, and spraying.

Requirements:

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence.

You will also need to be physically fit, comfortable working on your feet throughout the day, and able to lift up to 10kg overhead when required.

Experience in Grounds Maintenance, Gardening, Landscaping, etc, required, you should have used horticultural tools before in the past.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00, totalling 37 hours per week.

Pay:

£13.69 per hour.
