Branch Administrator / Customer Service Assistant Maidenhead| Full-Time | £26,436 pa
We are recruiting for a Branch Administrator / Customer Service Assistant to join a friendly, down-to-earth business with a small team of 3. This is a great opportunity to become part of a close-knit environment where teamwork, attitude, and reliability really matter.
This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, speaking with customers, and getting stuck into a mix of office and trade counter work.
What you’ll be doing:
Processing customer orders via phone, email, and over the counter
Delivering excellent day-to-day customer service
Supporting purchasing and stock control activities
Working with a large range of product codes (full training provided)
Assisting on the trade counter when required
Using OrderWise to process orders and manage data
Basic Excel tasks for admin and reporting
General branch administration support

Working hours:
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 4:30pm
40-hour working week
12:30pm - 1:00pm lunch break
Salary:
£26,436 per annum
What we’re looking for:
Confident communication skills (phone, email, face-to-face)
A practical, reliable and team-focused attitude
Comfortable working in a busy and varied role
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
Willingness to learn systems and product codes over time
A positive, down-to-earth approach
