This is a hands-on role within a growing UK travel company where you’ll work directly with senior leadership, contribute ideas, solve problems and help shape customer experiences from concept to delivery.
Who We Are
We are a UK-based digital travel company specialising in curated group tours and immersive travel experiences. We work with globally recognised brands including Hilton, Marriott, English Heritage, Orient Express and Royal Collection Trust.
We are growing quickly and investing heavily in improving our products, customer journeys, technology and marketing. We want people who enjoy thinking commercially, spotting opportunities and helping turn ideas into results
The Role
This is a varied position combining marketing, operations, product development and business support.
You will be involved in:
- Researching and helping develop new travel concepts and itineraries
- Supporting marketing campaigns across email, web, partnerships and social media
- Writing and improving website and promotional content
- Analysing competitors, customer behaviour and market trends
- Supporting supplier relationships and commercial negotiations
- Assisting the CEO and senior team with projects and administration
- Helping deliver high-quality customer experiences from planning through to operation
Experience
- Proven proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Capcut and digital tools utilised in marketing environments
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and practices is desirable.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently

- A 2:1 degree or equivalent qualification (Apprenticeship completions also considered)
