Student Property Manager

Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week (office-based)

Extras: Fuel allowance, 25 days holiday, mobile phone & laptop

Requirement: Full UK driving licence + own car

Are you organised, proactive, and great with people? We're looking for a confident Student Property Manager to join our client's growing team and take responsibility for a portfolio of student rental homes across South Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the UK's busiest student cities, supporting tenants, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring properties are well-managed and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of student rental properties
  

   

• Carrying out regular property inspections
  

   

• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contractor visits
  

   

• Handling tenancy check-ins and check-outs
  

   

• Managing rent collection, deposits, and tenancy documentation
  

   

• Responding to tenant queries and resolving issues professionally
  

   

• Conducting viewings and handling enquiries during the student letting cycle
  

   

• Ensuring all properties meet health & safety and compliance standards (HMO, EPC, Gas Safety etc.)
  

   

What We're Looking For

• Experience in property management (student accommodation or residential lettings ideal)
  

   

• Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance
  

   

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
  

   

• Confident working independently and managing multiple properties
  

   

• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-driven
  

   

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
