The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Partner while delivering administrative and client-facing assistance across approximately three offices.

This is a busy and impactful EA role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, managing relationships, and acting as a trusted gatekeeper. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and excellent support across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing dedicated Executive Assistant support to a Partner
  • Acting as the primary point of contact in the Partner’s absence, handling calls and enquiries with confidence and professionalism
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Managing inboxes, prioritising correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Preparing, updating, and maintaining administrative letters and business documentation
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, managing access and requests effectively
  • Providing administrative and organisational support to approximately 16 direct reports
  • Collaborating with regional offices to deliver tailored support as required
  • Proactively anticipating needs and continuously improving processes
  • Maintaining absolute confidentiality at all times

About You

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA supporting senior stakeholders
  • Confident engaging with senior leaders and clients
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • Calm, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
