Customer Service Administrator
Location: Staines, TW18 - Hybrid after probation
Salary: £27,000
My client is looking for a proactive and highly organised Customer Service Administrator to provide essential administrative and logistical support across the business. You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard—meeting and exceeding internal KPIs and customer expectations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Serve as a first point of contact for the Company’s customers and external enquiries.
Take ownership of queries, providing timely and accurate information.
Maintain a strong customer service culture across the Company.
Administrative & Operational Support
Support the progression of key workflows, ensuring tasks are completed within required timescales.
Proactively identify delays, issues, or conflicts and work collaboratively with relevant teams to resolve them.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal systems, files, and databases to enable efficient information retrieval.
Team Coordination
Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent operational cover and smooth day-to-day operations.
Attend internal or customer meetings (onsite or remote) when required, providing administrative support such as minute-taking and action logging.
Meetings & Event Support
Assist in planning and organising internal and external meetings, training courses, and company events.
Escalate issues promptly and appropriately to support effective scheduling and service delivery.
Decision-Making Responsibilities
Prioritise your own workload effectively to meet Company KPIs.
Address logistical issues that impact workflow progression.
Escalate matters to the Customer Service Team Leader/Assistant Team Leader in line with Company processes.
