Reed Legal is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and respected client based in Glasgow. This position is an excellent opportunity for solicitors who are approximately 3 to 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) but candidates at all levels of experience will be considered. The role offers significant career progression and the chance to work closely with one of the firm's Partners.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a varied commercial caseload including commercial lease work, development acquisition, and land purchases and sales.
• Work with a high degree of autonomy, suitable for candidates confident in their ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Opportunity to build and tailor your own caseload, contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the firm.
• Collaborate closely with a Partner, gaining valuable mentorship and guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with around 3 to 4 years PQE in Commercial Property, although all levels of experience will be considered.
• Strong capability in managing a diverse range of commercial property matters.
• Excellent autonomy and confidence in handling legal responsibilities independently.
• Proven track record of effective client management and development of client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
