We are a well-established and growing property business specialising in residential lettings and property management. We pride ourselves on delivering a professional, compliant, and customer-focused service to both landlords and tenants.
We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support our Lettings and Management team from our Brightwalton office.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on administration role supporting the day-to-day operation of the lettings and property management function. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, processing tenancy-related administration, and providing support across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain lettings and property management records using the Jupix system
Take up tenant references and follow up as required
Handle all tenant and landlord paperwork accurately and confidentially
Register and account for all monies received into and paid out of the Jupix system
Register, track, and reconcile tenancy deposit monies
Manage the mydeposits.co.uk online account
Prepare move-in and move-out documentation and pass to the Accounts Department
Prepare tenancy renewal paperwork
Update Jupix with all new lettings and tenancy changes
Book and coordinate tenant check-outs
Manage DocuSign and WeTransfer platforms
Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
Manage the shared hello@ email inbox
Provide administrative support to the Sales Team when required
Report daily to the Head of Management Team
Attend and participate in team meetings
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in property administration, lettings, or a similar office-based role preferred
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident using IT systems; experience with Jupix is desirable but not essential
Professional and clear communicator, both written and verbal
Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
