Primary Teachers Required

Protocol Education

A Warm Teacher Wanted in Leeds and Surrounding Area (Supply Work)

You know the kind of teacher children remember years later, the one who greets them with a smile every morning, notices when they’re having a tough day, and somehow makes learning feel exciting and safe all at once.

That’s exactly who we’re hoping to find.

Protocol Education is working with a genuinely lovely primary school in the LS4 area that’s looking for a warm, caring teacher to join their team. This isn’t just about delivering lessons, it’s about building relationships, encouraging confidence and creating a classroom where every child feels they belong.

The school has a real community feel. Staff support one another, leaders are approachable, and there’s a calm, positive atmosphere the moment you walk through the doors.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings kindness and patience into the classroom every day
  • Loves helping children grow in confidence
  • Can create fun, engaging lessons that children look forward to
  • Builds strong relationships naturally with pupils, parents and colleagues
  • Wants to be part of a supportive school where people genuinely care

In return, you’ll have:

  • Competitive daily pay (£140-£240)
  • A dedicated consultant to work closely with you
  • Access to free CPD and training
  • Ongoing support throughout your placement
  • The chance to work in a school where your contribution really matters

If you’re the sort of teacher who leads with warmth, encouragement and care, we’d love to chat with you.
