-Production Operative

Pay Rate: £14 per hour

Temporary to permanent

We are looking for a reliable and adaptable individual to support operations across multiple areas of the site. The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work flexibly within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Logical approach to problem solving and basic fault finding
• High attention to detail, particularly in relation to product quality, specification accuracy, record keeping, and housekeeping standards
• Competent computer skills for basic systems and record management
• FLT (Forklift Truck) licence is essential; C1 licence is desirable but not required
• Flexibility to move between different operational areas, including Mill, Soya, Packing, and other production functions as needed
