Our client is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor with approximately 5–8 years’ PQE to join its expanding team in a vibrant city-centre location. STEP qualification is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload with Partner oversight and will be expected to contribute from day one.
Advising on and preparing tailored Wills and succession planning arrangements
Delivering strategic capital tax and estate planning advice for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, agricultural clients, and entrepreneurs
Handling complex estate administrations, including matters involving trusts and coordination with external advisers
Managing intestate estate matters
Drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
Advising on and establishing lifetime Trusts, as well as ongoing trust administration
Contributing to business development initiatives and networking within the local professional community
