Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are excited to be working with a growing and dynamic organisation based in Crawley who are looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and driven individual to play a key role in delivering engaging marketing campaigns and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
• Manage and create content for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing
• Support the development of brand awareness and lead generation activity
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives
• Assist with events, promotions, and product launches
• Maintain marketing materials and ensure brand consistency

About You

• Previous experience in a marketing role (ideally 1-3 years)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media management and content creation
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email platforms)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Desirable Skills

• Experience with SEO/SEM
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
