Full Stack Engineer (Agentic AI)

Salary: up to 80,000 depending on experience
Location: Remote (Malta-based)
Level: Mid/Senior

You'll be a core full stack engineer building agentic products end-to-end. That means designing the agent architecture, wiring up the tool layer, building the interfaces, and owning the infra that keeps it all running. You'll work across the stack with a small, senior team where the bar is high, and the loop from idea to production is short.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Hands-on agentic development experience at a high-performance scaleup
• Experience operating in an environment where things move fast, decisions are made with incomplete information
• Full stack range. You're comfortable across the layers - frontend, backend, and infra

Tech stack:

• Frontend: React
• Backend: Python
• Infra: AWS, Docker, Terraform

• Fully remote, but you must be based in Malta
• Salary up to 80,000 depending on experience
• Mid-going-on-Senior level - typically 4-7 years of engineering experience
