Regulatory Reporting Accountant

London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

An excellent opportunity for a Regulatory Reporting Accountant to join a high-performing finance function within a regulated banking environment.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of COREP, FINREP and other key regulatory returns, ensuring accurate and timely submission at both entity and consolidated level. Working closely with Finance, Risk, Treasury and IT, you’ll play a key role in maintaining robust reporting processes and supporting ongoing regulatory change.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and submit COREP, FINREP and PRA returns
2. Produce regulatory KPIs and management reporting
3. Maintain and enhance automated reporting systems
4. Ensure data integrity through reconciliations and control checks
5. Support regulatory change, new products and reporting enhancements
6. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external regulators

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong regulatory reporting experience within banking
2. Solid understanding of CRR, PRA rules and Bank of England requirements
3. Good accounting and balance sheet knowledge
4. Experience working to tight regulatory deadlines
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
