What you’ll be doing You’ll be at the heart of the client journey, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling client queries by phone and email with warmth, clarity and professionalism
- Preparing client review packs, valuations and meeting documentation
- Processing new business, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate client records
- Managing Letters of Authority, tracking provider responses and chasing outstanding information
- Liaising with providers to obtain policy details, valuations and updates
- Supporting advisers with day-to-day servicing tasks and follow-up actions
- Ensuring all documentation meets FCA and internal compliance standards
- Assisting paraplanners with data gathering and administrative support
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your workload and play a key role in delivering a smooth, high-quality client experience.
Development & progression Although this is a supportive, family-feel firm, they take development seriously. You’ll have access to:
- Full exam support if you want to progress (RO exams funded)
- Opportunities to move into Senior Administrator or Trainee Paraplanner roles

What they’re looking for - Experience in financial services administration (ideally IFA/wealth management)
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys helping clients and supporting advisers
- Familiarity with platforms, providers and CRM systems (IO, Xplan or similar)
- A proactive, positive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality work
- Someone who thrives in a friendly, collaborative team environment
