Store Manager – Cheltenham

Salary: up to £36k

Hours: 40 hours per week, including weekend work

The Role

They’re looking for an experienced and motivated Showroom Manager to lead their Cheltenham showroom. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive sales, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives a first-class in-store experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead by example to maximise showroom sales and deliver outstanding customer service

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and provide personalised styling advice

• Train, coach, and motivate your team to deliver consistently high standards

• Manage staff rotas, holidays, and sickness cover

• Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising, and stock levels to brand standards

• Oversee appointments and bookings to ensure seamless customer journeys

• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care

• Manage POS processes, cash handling, and awareness of promotions and campaigns

• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the sales floor, cash desk, and stockroom
