Junior Property Manager
Location: London (Office base with travel to properties across central London)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Property Manager to join a dynamic, fast-growing property management company specialising in prime and super-prime residential properties.
About the Role:
You will support the day-to-day management of a growing portfolio of high-value London properties, working closely with senior colleagues who will provide structured in-house training and mentorship. The company has grown rapidly and is looking for someone proactive, organised and genuinely interested in luxury property who is ready to get stuck in and contribute from day one. This is a varied, hands-on role that will give you broad exposure across operations, compliance, client service and administration in a discreet, high-touch environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Operations & Client Service
- Assist with the day-to-day management of prime residential properties in London.
- Act as a first point of contact for clients, tenants, contractors and service providers.
- Coordinate maintenance works, repairs and regular property inspections.
- Deliver exceptional, discreet and personalised service to high net worth clients.
Compliance & Contractor Management
- Manage compliance tasks including health & safety checks and statutory certifications.
- Coordinate with trusted contractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed to a high standard and on time.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Assist with preparing budgets, invoices and financial records for client accounts.
- Support senior property managers with client reporting and general administration.
Requirements
- A recent graduate with a real estate, property, surveying or related degree, or 1-2 years' relevant experience in real estate or property (property management experience is desirable but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Genuine interest in luxury property and delivering high-quality client service.
- Willing and able to travel regularly across London for site visits and inspections.
