Sales Negotiator / Valuer
Location: Central London
Salary: £25,000 basic
OTE: £60,000+ uncapped commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join a growing estate agency in Central London. This is a fantastic role for a confident property professional who enjoys winning instructions, carrying out valuations, and turning appraisals into listings.
This role is heavily focused on valuation work and instruction winning within a fast-paced and target-driven environment, with strong earning potential and genuine progression based on performance.
Role Overview
As a Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you will be responsible for carrying out residential valuations, securing new instructions, and converting appraisals into sole agency listings.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out residential property valuations and market appraisals
• Win new instructions and convert valuations into listings
• Advise clients on pricing strategy and market conditions
• Build strong relationships with vendors
• Support with property marketing and listing preparation
• Assist with negotiation and sales progression where required
• Maintain accurate CRM records
Requirements
• Experience in residential sales and valuations
• Strong knowledge of the London property market
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Target-driven and commercially aware
• Full UK driving licence required
