An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior to mid-level Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a market-leading real estate team in Bristol. This is a chance to work within one of the strongest real estate practices in the UK, advising major investors and institutions on high-value, complex transactions across a broad range of sectors.

The team is known for its work on large-scale investment, development and asset management matters, regularly handling multi-million-pound deals.

This is a collaborative and ambitious team with a genuine focus on development, offering high-quality work, excellent mentoring and clear progression opportunities in a growing regional practice.

You will:

• Work on a broad mix of investment, development and asset management transactions for major UK investors and occupiers
• Assist on complex, high-value real estate deals, including portfolio acquisitions, disposals and large development projects
• Gain exposure to both established and emerging asset classes
• Work closely with experienced senior lawyers and partners in a supportive, team-focused environment
• Build strong client relationships and develop your commercial awareness as your career progresses

To be considered, you will:

• Be a Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1–5 years’ PQE in commercial real estate
• Have trained with a recognised commercial property team 
• Ideally have some exposure to institutional investment work, although strong development or broader commercial real estate experience will also be considered
• Be commercially minded, ambitious and eager to develop your career
• Enjoy working collaboratively whilst also being confident managing your own workload
