  • Assisting with campaign planning, timelines and marketing schedules for events
  • Creating basic marketing assets (email graphics, banners, social posts) using tools such as Canva or similar
  • Monitoring engagement and providing simple performance insights and recommendations
About You

You will be organised, creative and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should be keen to learn and develop.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Experience updating and managing WordPress websites
  • Practical knowledge of Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
  • Ability to design and implement social media promotions
  • Strong written communication skills with good attention to detail
  • A positive, self-motivated approach

Desirable:

  • Experience marketing to financial services or professional audiences
  • Familiarity with basic analytics and campaign reporting
  • Experience promoting events, conferences or training services
What We Offer
  • A varied and hands-on marketing role with real responsibility
  • Exposure to senior decision-makers within the financial services sector
  • The opportunity to develop a broad range of marketing skills
  • Excellent long-term prospects for the right candidate as the business continues to grow
  • A supportive and flexible working environment
