Job Summary

Direction and management of on-site team to deliver on specific assigned client expectations and deliver services in accordance with agreed KPI’s and service level agreements, ensuring adherence to budget, maximisation of revenue and return.

Account Management

• Leadership & direction of service teams to ensure fulfilment of orders – on time, in full, with associates meeting client requirements
• Plan, direct and management of on-site teams & associates to ensure high levels of staff performance, productivity and performance
• Maintaining and building on existing client relationships to manage and exceed client expectations, to maintain and develop on existing business
• Planning, allocation and managing day to day resources in line with set and agreed targets / budgets
• Assist with long term planning initiatives geared towards ensuring operational excellence

General

• Deliver all activities through strict adherence to applicable legislation and in accordance with Pro-Force policies and procedures.
• Provide regular timely reports and adhoc reports as is required to management.
• Building strong and effective working relationships with all colleagues, clients and associates
• Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods in order to facilitate the development and profitability of sustainable business relationships
• Represent Pro-Force in a professional manner at all times, and treat all clients, customers, colleagues, employees, associates and drivers with dignity and respect
• Promote the Pro-Force “Gold Standard” and it’s commitment to the provision of the highest levels of service through the development of strong partnerships at all times.
• Work diligently to achieve and exceed standards and levels of performance as agreed with the Senior Management / Management team.
• Continued professional and self development, including self study and training (both internal and external)

• Carry out all tasks with respect and understanding of the importance of confidentiality

• Any other duties as is reasonable required by Senior Management.
• 5 Shifts over 7 Days
• Own Car Due to Location
• Pay Rate: DOE
• Must have proof right to Work
• Previous Experience in a similar role preferred
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Up to 12-hour shifts
• Russian or Bulgarian speaking an advantage
