The Company
They are a global organisation undertaking a comprehensive review and redesign of People Operations. The programme brings together People, Technology and Data teams to improve how people processes are defined, documented and delivered across regions.
The Role and Deliverable's
* Gather and review existing people process documentation from countries and regions.
* Document current-state and future-state processes using agreed templates and standards.
* Support preparation and delivery of workshops, capturing structured outputs and insights.
* Translate workshop findings into clear, usable documentation and analysis.
* Support alignment between process design, HRIS functionality and data requirements.
* Maintain version control and consistency across all process materials.
Your Skills and Experience
* Experience in a process analyst, People operations, transformation or change support role.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and written communication skills.
* Exposure to people processes across the employee lifecycle.
* Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and capturing structured information.
* Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools.
