Berry Coffee is a new specialty coffee shop based in Birmingham. We focus on high-quality coffee, a clean modern environment, and a great customer experience.

We are looking for:

A passionate and skilled barista to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffee (espresso-based drinks and filter coffee)
• Perform latte art to a good standard
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace
• Work efficiently during busy hours

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista is preferred
• Experience with latte art is required
• Experience with filter coffee (V60 / batch brew) is preferred
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Friendly and professional with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
