Customer Service Advisor (Temporary)

Location: Maidstone

Contract Type: Temporary

Salary: £12.75–£17.01 per hour (depending on experience)

Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and resolving queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
• Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Update internal systems with accurate information
• Provide product/service information and support
• Work towards individual and team performance targets

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Good IT skills (MS Office and CRM systems)
• Positive, proactive attitude
