An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven leader to take on a pivotal role within a growing and ambitious financial planning business. This position offers the chance to lead, develop and expand a high-performing team of Financial Advisers across the North, playing a key role in the continued success and growth of the organisation.


The Role

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and strategic development of a regional adviser team, ensuring exceptional client service standards and strong commercial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor, support and grow advisers at all stages of their careers.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of Financial Advisers
  • Driving performance through regular one-to-one meetings and ongoing support
  • Identifying training and development needs across the team
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for complex client and adviser queries
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new advisers
  • Monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvements
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to shape business strategy
  • Providing feedback and operational insight to the board


About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience managing Financial Advisers or similar teams
  • Strong knowledge of financial advice and the regulatory environment
  • A track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset
  • The ability to inspire, develop and challenge others
  • Strong attention to detail and a KPI-focused approach
